Who we are. Global IT and Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2021/999569/07) is the responsible party for information collected on this website.
What we collect. When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, contact details, business information and message.
Site analytics. We count page views, service views and WhatsApp button clicks to improve the site. This uses no cookies and stores no IP address or personal identifier.
Why. Only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
How long. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, then for as long as the law requires.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@globalitbusiness.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
